Welcome to Vistre, designed for and by MGA’s.

Established in 2022 in the heart of Ireland, our journey actually began some years earlier with a singular vision by founder Jane Brady CIP, to address the real-world shortcomings of technology providers in the neglected MGA Insurance sector. She set out to revolutionize and automate the way her own MGA company transacted by harnessing the power of technology. When Jane discovered the dramatic impact her changes had made, Vistre was born.

  • Malcolm Lynch

    CEO

    Malcolm is a veteran of software development specializing in financial technologies. He spent seven years working with Google Inc. on their internal financial applications before going on to co-found Senddr Software Ltd, a financial transaction automation company which was acquired by AMCS in 2017.

  • Jane Brady, CIP, QFA

    Director

    Jane is an experienced insurance broker & company director with almost 20 years in the insurance sector. Jane is a director of The Insurance Institute of Ireland and of Brady Insurance. She has served as President of the Insurance Institute of Sligo and was Chairperson of Young IBA.​

  • Morgan Lynch

    Product Director

    Morgan has over 20 years experience in the software industry having worked as CTO of a leading consulting firm followed by several years managing the digital solutions portfolio of AMCS Group

  • Colm McGrath CIP, HDip Business Finance

    Advisor

    In addition to his role as Managing Director of Surety Bonds, Colm has served as a business advisor to Vistre over the last two years. He has extensive commercial experience in systems development, having a software sales background prior to his Insurance career
